Leon D. Tikulski

Dear Bonny, Sandra and Family,

We were greatly saddened to learn of the loss of Leon. He was such a fine man.

We fondly remember the many good times we shared with Esther and Leon including going to the movies together. They were our special friends and next door neighbors.

We also remember how Esther watched Stephanie when I went to the hospital to have Jamie, how Sandra walked Cindy to school, how Leon, the artist, painted so many beautiful pictures, how Esther and Leon entertained for our daughters when they became engaged, how Sandra was such a good friend to Jamie when she was in college in Indiana and when Sandra invited us to light the Chanukah candles at her home in Indianapolis.

We know your beautiful memories of Leon will be a source of comfort to you always. May the future bring you peace and solace.

Although I had never met Leon, he was my Dad’s (Stuart Tikulski) first cousin. My father has told me countless stories of he and Leon at the horse races.
I was contacted several months ago by Sanda and I hope to connect with this part of my family. I am just sorry that it is too late for me to meet my 2nd cousin, Leon.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Leon’s family.
